We know how intimidating it can be to try something new. (We've been there too!) We're here to support you every step of the way with an friendly and inclusive community and knowledgeable coaches.

Seth and Abigail opened Paradigm Fitness with the intent that exercise should be approachable at any level or age. With our formal education and healthcare backgrounds in Chiropractic and Physical Therapy, we know that moving well and improving your health can be challenging without the right tools and a community that supports your goals.

Seth (Chiropractor) currently owns and practices at Paradigm Sport & Spine and is a formally trained strength and conditioning coach that has trained athletes at the high school, collegiate and professional level. He is consistently striving to optimize movement and eliminate pain in both patients and gym members.

Abigail (PTA) is currently a Director of Rehabilitation at a skilled nursing facility.  Prior to inpatient care, she has numerous years of experience in sports- orthopedic care and is a certified orthopedic specialist. However, her passion is promoting health, movement and longevity in adults.

All of our top-notch coaches share our passion for helping others and bring their own expertise to each class.

We don't believe in quick fixes or gimmicks. We care about your long-term success and overall health. Hard work pays off, and we're here to give you the tools to succeed and support you every step of the way.
